Payment Policy

All payments for our live studio broadcasting courses must be made in full prior to the commencement of the course. We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer or other approved methods as specified at the time of enrolment.

Course fees are listed in Australian dollars and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Enrolments are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available in accordance with our terms. If you cancel more than 14 days before the course start date, you will receive a full refund minus any applicable administration fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the start date may not be eligible for a refund.

No refunds will be provided for non-attendance, partial attendance or failure to complete the course once it has begun.

In the event that a course is cancelled by us, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative course date.

Special Circumstances
